Prior to renovating the master bath shower five years ago, to shave in the shower I used the "stick on" shaving mirrors. They would fog up or fall off the wall and clatter to the floor in the middle of the night. I installed a 12x12 mirror at exactly right for my height. I also wired it to the shower light switch, so when I turned on the dedicated shower light, the mirror heating system also was activated. No issues in over 5 years! Once you begin shaving in the shower, you will not want to go back to shaving in the sink!
One of the most important part for my showering experience is the ability to shave in the shower . This product is amazing . As a low voltage component it can be used anywhere in a wet zone and yet stay fog free throughout the experience .
The key is to leave it on; it works best when just left on. Been really happy so far with the mirror.
I work for a big box store and apparently we lost a customers mirror. I called and spoke with a gentleman who took my information and told me he would have a representative call me . Much to my surprise, about an hour later I received a call from Nancy .
We discussed the problem and she helped me in every way possible so that I could scour the store in hopes of finding the item . We went over po#s and tracking info , but needless to say my search was in vain.
I later spoke with the customer advised he reorder and we would resolve the cost issue , which the customer did , I in turn relayed the customer’s information to Nancy and by 11am the next day , the mirror was in the hands of Fedex for 2 day delivery .
I have worked in retail for 19 years , dealing with customers and vendors alike . I cannot tell you how professional and personable Nancy is . I wish all companies were as professional, courteous, and efficient as this . It has been a pleasure dealing with Nancy , especially since the error was not on their end , but I believe my company’s.
Absolutely a must if u shave in the shower. Worth every penny.
